Absolutely wonderful experience! From the young lady who answered the phone and all of my questions to the two technicians who came out to the house, their attitudes, knowledge, concern, and empathy was outstanding! Overhead Door Company of Macon is certainly on the ball and a fine example of the way all businesses should be run. Their immediate response really saved the day. They came with all the necessary equipment and parts and made the repairs in no time! The wife was very impressed! Their professionalism and personable attitudes were certainly appreciated! William was very helpful. I met with him and he showed me samples of the actual garage doors, and all of the components. They had displays set up to show the products and the operation of them…. The installers were very friendly and fast. 3 doors and openers completely installed in less than a half of day. Unfortunately, one panel on each door was damaged, not from installation, but from the manufacturer. They ordered replacement panels right away. They didn't take long to come in, and they came and replaced them in no time. GREAT Experience. I love the doors. They are very quiet and work very smooth. I couldn't be happier.
